Partner WOD
100 pushups--- hold plank
50 wall ball ---hold wall sit
80 situps---hold boat
40 lunges--- hold 45 lb bar overhead
60 squats---hold bottom squat
...and done!
I will definitely hit the yoga next week! Awesome! However, tomorrow, Deb is going to crush me on my bicycle. I was thinking of a nice early ride...she suggested intervals. Hmmm...
