BTW, my 1/2 marathon on May 7th is in Maryland. If I have a PR, can I consider it to be a true PR with it being at sea level?
What difference does it make? PR's don't actually matter,remember?

90 min Trail run on Red Rocks trail...after WOD 11.4 =81 points
Ran to the top of Loveland Pass from Keystone, and then back down to Abasin Saturday morning. 13 miles.
50 mile mountain bike ride in Fruita.
27 mile moderate bike ride, 35 min trail run. (4.5ish miles)
