HEADS UP- After the swim Saturday morning, (9:30a)
a group will be leaving from the studio to ride the Boulder Tri course.
Everyone is welcome. There is a 17 and 25 mile option. A few of us will also be running immediately following the ride.

15 box jumps Wall sit
9 pull ups Dead hang
Wheelbarrow 1 length of the gym
Switch following each movement.

45 min tempo run
