Friday


WOD
With a partner. 2 min on / 2 min off
pull ups
push press (combined parter total must be at least 100 lbs.)
KBS (combined partner total must be at least 70 lbs.)
row (Calories)

Score will be based on teams collective total repetitions
*This is a good chance to PR your max rep pull ups.


CFE-Swim
10, 12, or 15 rounds depending on race distance and ability
100m recover 1/3 swim time
50m recover 1/3 swim time

Object is to never stray more than 5sec on the 100's and 3sec on the 50's

  4. Just noticed it yesterday. Respect! However, be sure there will be a revenche! In the meantime you can try to remove my name from other WODs... but I guess your name will be down in the next two weeks - doesn't matter which WOD ;)
