(Rimrock is 250m. @ 10% Grade)

If you ran long yesterday, preform 8, 10, or 12 barefoot strides at 100m each.

This is a great chance to run a new trail or with a group. Here is one we suggest FRCC . This run will NOT be lead by TriYoga.

1st open water swim of the season held at Bear Creak Park in Soda lake @ 4pm. Please remember it is a holiday weekend so it will very likely be CROWDED!! Also, the water is cold, wetsuits are strongly encouraged!
