Leaving TriYoga @ 9am. This is a FRCC lead ride! There will be 3 separate ability levels. If you are not currently a member of this club, we suggest you join!!
Open Water swim
1st open water swim of the season held at Bear Creak Park in Soda lake @ 4pm. Please remember it is a holiday weekend so it will very likely be CROWDED!! Also, the water is cold, wetsuits are strongly encouraged!
