A contingent of TYE athletes will be riding outside tomorrow. Arrive at 10. Sending off at 10:30 Ride distance roughly 20 miles.



Also, good luck to those competing in the 1st day of Crossfit sectionals!

15 push press
10 box jump
5 K2E

CFE-Swim
400m warm up @ 80%
300m TT
8-25's water polo/freestyle sprint
8-25's kick @ max effort
200m cool down

Recovery between each is 30 seconds
