2k row (resting athlete holds body wight off the ground)
150 push press (resting athlete holds rack position)
100 wall ball (resting athlete holds wall sit)
50 K2E (resting athlete holds dead hang)

**BONUS**
Tabata squat- the lowest # of squats done per 20 seconds of effort will reduce overall WOD time by that amount.
athlete 1 does 20, athlete 2 does 18. Total time savings of 38 seconds.
