6-pull ups
9- push ups
7- pull ups
8- push ups
8- pull ups
7 - push ups
9- pull ups
6- push ups
10- pull ups
5- push ups
11- pull ups
4- push ups
12- pull ups
3- push ups
13- pull ups
2- push ups
14 - pull ups
1 push up
15- pull ups.

Finish with 100 air squats.

* If you are capable of doing a more challenging variations of these movements (i.e. muscle ups, L-pull ups, strict pull ups, handstand push ups, pike push ups) then do so!
