OHHH!! did I mention that tomorrow is the BIGGEST sporting event of the year!!!!
Ironman Hawaii. I will be getting to the gym bright and early and will be showing the event live via the internet. I will be on my bike trainer for a good portion of the day so if you would like to join me, bring your bike into the studio. We have extra bike trainers! See you tomorrow!!
