Today's track workout will be lead by The Foothills Running and Cycling Club at 5:45p at Bell Middle school.
Warm-up: 1 1/4 miles Workout: 2 sets of 1x400 - 1X1200 recovery 400 after each interval Cool Down: 4x400

I came into the Gym totally fit and motivated. After 5min. workout I escaped into another world. It wasn't a nice place and I don't want to return there... In addition to that, now I know what will not be my childrens name - Helen ;)
